Description
Spring Tai Ping Hou Kui - Jade Sword
Green Tea
Tai Ping Hou Kui is a fabulous green tea from Anhui with uniquely-shaped, flat leaves, marking it much different from other green teas. Early in 1915, Tai Ping Hou Kui tea won the golden award in the Panama Pacific International Exposition, and in 1955 it earned its status as one of China’s top ten most famous teas.
It is a unexpectedly beautiful long green leaves that steep into a delicious hint of fresh grassy flavor. The refreshing mellow taste blends very well with Chinese food, i.e. white rice, green beans, water chestnuts. This delicate long tea leaves dace like a ribbon in water and give a light vegetal and refreshing lovely orchid floral note.
