Description
Premium Spring Pre-Ching Ming Organic Wild Baimudan
White Tea
The Wild Baimudan is handpicked before Ching Ming Festival ( 5-April ) from old trees which have grown wild and untended for decades, allowing the specific balance of wildflowers and competing plants to influence the flavor and complexity of their tea. Comprises of mainly buds and tender leaves.
There is a Motto goes like : Pre-Ching Ming tea is expensive as Gold.
The tea before and after the Ming Dynasty is of premium quality. Numerous factors like temperature is generally low before the Qingming period, the number of germination is limited, the growth rate is slow, and the insect infestation is less. All these factors contribute to the supreme quality of this Wild Baimudan
It comes with a crisp , silky smooth texture, an refreshingly sweet taste from the buds and tender leaves, and light vegetal undertones. The wild vegetal notes are a lovely compliment to rose undertones and a mild rocky mineral texture. When comparing to our Spring Organic Wild Baimudan, this one is much smoother and we tried to test it with a 3 mins steeping, not a hint of astringency found. more emphasis on floral and sweet tone rather than vegetal flavour.
