This Tieguanyin is grown in the same habit as our 2021 Spring Premium Anxi Tieguanyin - Goddess of Mercy. A place which is overgrown with wildflowers, and fed by naturally sweet and clear mountain spring water in Anxi. Wild flowers grow freely among natural flora and established tea hedges. The constant flowering works double duty – attracting insects away from the growing tea leaves while infusing the growing plants with their complex aroma.
Our Spring harvest - Goddess of Mercy is famous for its very soothing orchid floral note combinging with light and comforting nutty flavour. This Fall harvest - Fallen Goddess is like the Fallen Goddess which its flavor and fragrance are no longer bound by the rules and go rebellious. Its rich floral and nutty flavor are explosive and end with a light bittersweet. This limited harvest is ideal for a stunning brew.
