2016 Da Xue Shan Raw Puerh - Snow Mountain
This raw puerh comes in loose leaves. The leaves are picked from 60-80 years old wild tree growing thrived in Da Xue Shan tea trees.
What makes Raw puerh from Da Xue Shan different from puerhs from other mountain is that it carries a very special Qi and mineral note. The richness in mineral and the high quality leaves makes the tea silky smooth and carries and undescripable taste and texture just like spring water from a snow mountain. The taste is thick and gives a crisp in the mouth upon sipping. The fruitiness and mineral coax out and followed by a lovely bittersweet. Fully rehyrated after drinking.
This tea has been tested in a certified laboratory and has passed the MRL limits for pesticide residues as established by the EU Food and Safety commission.
