This white tea cake is made of Shou Mei Grade tea leaves in Fuding from altitude about 1800 m.
We are recommended that this cake would be best to serve after 15 years of aging which is 2029. During the trial test, we love its tart, brown sugar and autumn leaf note mixing together and give a very smooth texture.
