This white tea cake is made of Baimudan Grade tea leaves from wild arbor in Fuding from altitude about 1600 m which is the same location as our 2008 Fuding Wild Tree Aged White Tea (Shou Mei) Cake
What makes it special is its leaf base is of Baimudan Grade which is rare in that time. As people would prefer having the Baimudan grade white tea as loose leaf. Other than the mineral and autumn leaf note, the Bimudan tea leaves gives the white tea cake an entra floral note which makes it very eaasy to drink with a very smooth texture
